BACKGROUND PROJECTS FUNDING LUNCEDO CRAFTS

ABOUT LUNCEDO CRAFTS:

The 10 Winterberg women who belong to Luncedo were in 1997 unemployed and unskilled. The provision of training in fabric painting, sewing and pottery has over the years enabled these crafters to establish a profitable small business on which they depend for a monthly income. The empowerment of the women has been remarkable and the unique, creative products they make are now highly sought after and widely marketed!
